Delivery Rates & Times
This service allows an arrangement to be made with you for the delivery to happen at a convenient time, making sure you are at home and avoiding any possible extra delivery charges. The booking in process can, at times mean an extra day on the delivery period to allow the arrangements to be made. The service is to deliver the goods onto your property as close to your door as can be achieved. Goods are dispatched on pallets so a smooth level access must be available to achieve this. For insurance purposes, goods cannot be taken inside your home. Deliveries to flats will be to ground floor only as the drivers are not insured to take the pallets upstairs or in lifts.
Rates below are for Mainland UK deliveries only, offshore rates can be quoted for on a bespoke basis.

Standard delivery – Free on all orders over £500 exc vat, delivery time 3–5 days, booked in. Orders under £500 exc vat will be charged at £35+vat, for multiple orders please contact us by e-mail or telephone to request a price reduction. (Please see note below for Scottish Post Codes)
Express Delivery – 2–3 days, If you wish to place an order and have an express delivery, before placing your order for Express Delivery please contact us by e-mail or telephone for an express delivery cost, if you place an order before speaking to us the order will be sent as standard carriage and you will be charged as such.
Note: Customers in Scotland ordering in the following mainland postcodes, PA, DD, PH, IV, KW, AB, prior to delivery will be contacted for an additional delivery charge. If you would like more information on these charges please call Bathroomclick before placing an order. In these Postcodes, the standard 3-5 day service may be extended to up to 10 working days, please check delivery times prior to ordering. These most Northern postcodes are also not guaranteed a next day delivery - Please check prior to ordering.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Delivery of Goods – Once Payment has been received and authorised, your order will be processed within 24 hours. All products shown on our website are ‘stock’ items, and should therefore be delivered within 3-5 days, although on some occasions we would request you allow up to 7 days.
Stock of Goods – We endeavour to keep our stock notes up to date but at times this may be delayed or experience some back log. We do not order in goods for our customers once they have been received, however, there may be times when we have sold out of a particular item, and our stock replenishment has not been received into our warehouse. In such instances, Bathroom Click hold no liability or responsibility to any incurred costs subject to delays with deliveries, or if goods are damaged during the delivery process and need to be replaced.
Property – All goods despatched become the property and responsibility of the purchaser when signed for. Any damages or faults must be reported in writing by email within 24 hours of signature. If goods are requested to be left without a signature, no liability for damage will be accepted by Bathroom Click. All manufacturers warranties apply, and whilst every effort is made by Bathroom Click to ensure the highest standard of excellence of both material and workmanship are used, goods will be replaced or repaired at the choice of the supplier, under no circumstances will claims caused by fair wear and tear be entertained.
Returns – Any items, once ordered and shipped, either delivered or ‘in transit’ can be returned, however, there will be a returns fee of £40, and a 20% re-stocking charge subject to the goods being re-saleable.
